About School of Rock Camps

SOR Rock n' Roll boot camps are 5 days of LEARNING MUSIC, PLAYING MUSIC, FUN, BAND BONDING and PERFORMANCE! Throughout the week kids go from zero to a full set of songs and performance.

Group rehearsal, music trivia, song casting, one-on-one attention from our all-star instructors, gear education, and band-related activities are all aimed at helping kids learn a set of songs and be totally ready to rock them by the end of the week. Whether you play drums, sing, shred guitar or bass or play keyboard -- you’ll have a blast.

We teach kids age 7 - 18 and recommend students have some experience coming in. A month or two of lessons at SOR before starting camp is the perfect solution for total beginners. Ask us about discounted lessons for camp prep!

If you play sax, violin or any other instruments not in a traditional rock set up, we can most likely work with you! Just ask!

Note - Young Rocker's Camp is geared towards younger kids or kids newer to their instruments, ages 7-11. Most other camps are for kids 10 and up, except Diva's and Songwriter's which is open to all ages 7 and up.

Meal Plan: We also have an optional meal plan that kids can add on for an additional $10/day. This includes lunch and an afternoon snack. We typically bring in food from Subway, Dominos, Fatburger & other local restaurants.

This Summer Camp will focus on the fundamentals and each student should be able to play a few songs by the completion of camp. The camp day will be split between various activities - including team building exercises, educational games, group lesson sessions and then private 1:1 lessons. Each student will need to have their own instrument to participate, and this camp is targeted for kids ages 7-10.

This Summer Camp will allow campers to choose songs from our catalog! We will be able to capitalize on School of Rock's resources, including our Method App and our extensive catalog of songs we have sync licenses for. By the end of camp, each student will have mastered several songs that will be included in the online camp "show" on the last day! The camp day will be split between various activities - including team building exercises, educational games, group lesson sessions and then private 1:1 lessons. Each student will need to have their own instrument to participate, and this camp is targeted for kids with previous musical experience or aged 11 and up.

This Summer Camp will focus on Classic rock songs that we all know and love! With this camp we will be able to capitalize on School of Rock's resources including our Method App and our extensive catalog of songs we have sync licenses for. By the end of camp each student will have mastered several songs that will be included in the online camp "show" on the last day! The camp day will be split between various activities - including team building exercises, educational games, group lesson sessions and then private 1:1 lessons. Each student will need to have their own instrument to participate, and this camp is targeted for kids with previous musical experience or aged 11 and up.

This Summer Camp will allow campers to write their own songs, which they will video record and then will be put together by our instructors to be viewed at the online camp "show" on the last day! The camp day will be split between various activities - including writing exercises, educational games, group lesson sessions and then private 1:1 lessons. Each student will need to have their own instrument to participate, and this camp is targeted for kids with previous musical experience. Open to ages 7 and up.

This Summer Camp will focus on Punk rock songs! With this camp we will be able to capitalize on School of Rock's resources including our Method App and our extensive catalog of songs we have sync licenses for. The camp day will be split between various activities - including team building exercises, educational games, group lesson sessions and then private 1:1 lessons. Each student will need to have their own instrument to participate, and this camp is targeted for kids with previous musical experience or aged 11 and up. There will be an online show the final day of camp!
